The staff club is functioning with the aim of promoting social interaction and to cater the recreational needs of the staff. So we formed the NLP staff club in the year  1995. The staff club is functioning in the college to cater the recreational needs of the faculty, and to strengthen the interpersonal relationships among them. All Teaching and Non-Teaching, Office and Llibrary staff are the club members.

Various happy occasions like marriages, farewells ,staff picnics are all discussed and arranged by the members of the staff club. The club collects money from the staff and informs the staff about all such get-togethers. It also purchases gifts for various happy occasions and celebrations.  Also, the staff club contributes the cash advance to faculty members for their studies and medical expenses
